This policy applies to all customers, clients, or stakeholders who engage with our services and may be unable to meet their financial commitments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Definition of Financial Hardship

Financial hardship refers to a situation where an individual or business is temporarily unable to meet financial obligations due to events such as:

  • Unexpected medical expenses.
  • Natural disasters or emergencies.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances impacting financial stability.

Application Process

  1. Submission: Customers experiencing financial hardship must submit a written request to accounts@ausjetinks.com.au
    • Include details of the financial difficulty.
    • Attach relevant supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates, proof of unemployment, etc).
  2. Assessment:
    • Requests will be reviewed within 5 working days.
    • Additional information may be requested if necessary.
  3. Outcome:
    • Approved cases will be notified of the support measures available.
    • Declined cases will be provided with reasons for the decision and alternative options where possible.

Available Support Measures

Support may include:

  • Temporary payment plans or deferral arrangements.
  • Adjusting contractual obligations where possible.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Team: First point of contact for hardship requests, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team.
  • Management: Oversee and approve financial hardship arrangements.
  • Compliance Team: Ensure the policy aligns with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Review and Monitoring

The Financial Hardship Policy will be reviewed annually or as required to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

All information provided by applicants will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.
