Warranty Claims:

  • General Warranty: Except for specific exceptions listed below, all products supplied by Ausjet Inks come with a 1-year 100% money-back or replacement guarantee.
  • Exceptions:
    • Remanufactured Printhead Cartridges & Replacement Electronic Chips: These items are covered by a 6-month warranty period.
    • Limited Warranty Products: Certain products may carry shorter warranty periods, details of which are specified on the product page or documentation.
  • Coverage: The guarantee covers defects arising under correct installation procedures, proper storage, and normal printing use.
  • Printer Warranty: Using Ausjet Inks cartridges does not void your printer warranty under current Australian consumer law.

Returns Policy:

        1. Risk Transfer: Post-shipment, the risk of loss or damage to the goods, regardless of cause, transfers to you.

        2. Returns Authorisation: Contact our office for a Returns Authority Number before returning any goods or requesting credit.

        3. Shipping Charges: Return courier freight charges for faulty goods are not covered. If return is necessary, shipping details will be provided.

        4. Change of Mind: Returns due to incorrect orders or change of mind are evaluated case-by-case, provided Ausjet Inks is notified within 30 days of purchase.

        5. Documentation: Returns must include:

  • Your name, address, and account code.
  • The invoice number for the product.
  • The reason for return and Serial/Batch No.

       6. Invoice Adjustment Claims: Must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

       7. Restocking Fee: A minimum 20% restocking fee applies for returns accepted due to change of mind or other legitimate reasons.

       8. Repairs and Replacements: Contact Ausjet Inks before claiming repairs or replacements.

       9. Processing Time: Claims may take up to 14 days to process.

     10. Reply Paid Post Service: Charges apply to your account unless the goods are faulty or the error is ours. Minimum cost is $15, varying with box size.

     11. Lost Parcels: Responsibility ends once dispatched; lost parcels are not investigated or claimable beyond 30 days.

     12. Redelivery Costs: Charged at cost.

     13. Product Recalls: Apply only to recent product batches; no credits for stock out of the 1-year warranty.

     14. Issued credits: Credits issued for RMAs cannot be refunded; they will be applied to your account as credit for future purchases or services.
