These tools double up as cartridge refilling and priming tools. Simply place the cartridge in the provided clip, insert a syringe and either inject or evacuate ink. Cartridge primers are very useful tools for initiating ink flow after filling. These tool alone can save you hundreds of dollars in lost business due to cartridges not being able to be refilled. Syringes are sold separately.
