9 Pin Resetter for Procolor

AT LAST AN ANSWER TO REFILLING AND RESETTING EPSON TYPE 9 PIN INKJET CARTRIDGES.
For a long time now we have been looking for ways to satisfactorily refill/reset the Epson 73N and 81N series cartridges. The main problem is that the original epson chips are highly encrypted and are unable to be reset. Although there is a resetter available for these carts in overseas regions there is still nothing available for our region.This has been a total lockout for our local industry.

The great news is that we have found a solution which is simple, quick and easy to do. We now have a resetter for the PROCOLOR 731/N and 811/N series. The resetter is fully functional and will reset the chips to the 100% full ink level. It's a perfect solution as the resetter and chip are from the same manufacturer - no incompatibility issues.

The Procolor 731N and 811/N series are really well designed cartridges and they are very easy to refill and reset. The good cartridge design ensures that you will achieve an excellent result and also ensures that the cartridges will be good for quite a number of refills. Compare this cartridge to the OEM Epson 73N and 81N which are very complex designs and tricky to fill correctly. An added bonus for your customers is that the Procolor 731/N takes up to 33% more ink. 732/3/4/N takes up to 71% more ink, the 811/N series take up to 25% more ink

73N Procolor Cartridges
Inks to use:
E3069 Black / E3070 Cyan / E3071 Magenta / E3072 Yellow Pigment inks.
Cartridge weight Full : 28.5 - 29.0gms
Empty Fill Volume : 12mls

T0811 / 81N Procolor Cartridges
Inks to use :
E3063 Black / E3064 Cyan / E3065 Magenta / E3066 Yellow / E3067 Light Cyan / E3068 Light Magenta dye inks.
Cartridge weight Full : 31.5 - 32.0gms
Empty Fill Volume : 15mls

	Remove the clear rubber plug from the top of the fill hole. Insert the syringe into the cartridge, fill slowly to prevent ink from foaming up. Best to fill to the full weight rather than filling using a set amount of ink.
	After filling the cartridge reinsert the same clear rubber plug into the cartridge.
	Seal the vent hole with the black rubber plug supplied with the cartridge or appropriate sealing tape.
	Reset the cartridge with the new '9 pin resetter for procolor cartridges'. When the light is green the cartridge is reset.

Technical Bulletin 29-07-09 PGI-520\CLI-521 Resetter Update For some time now we have been expecting a resetter to be available for the Pgi-520\Cli-521 cartridges. For the last 5 months we had been informed a resetter would be available the following month etc,etc. Well it still hasn't happened. However, one company that is working on a resetter have progressed to the stage where they can reset all the cartridges except one. We are expecting goods news shortly. Update on Procolor Epson 81N Series. Our next shipment of Procolor T0811-T0816/T0821-T0826 range of cartridges will contain the updated 81N/82N chip. The updated chip allows these cartridges to be used in the current TX700/TX800 and will be compatible with all previous models. Update on Procolor Epson 73N Series. As many of you are aware when the Procolor 73N cartridges were first released there was two models (TX100 and TX300) which the chip was not totally compatible with. Updates to the chip now mean that the 73N is now compatible with all current and all previous models. New Release: Printhead sealing Tape-Universal We have just received in stock a new blue medium adhesive sealing tape. This tape is universal for all printhead types and is excellent value for 200 metres of 13mm tape. It is a versatile tape and falls between a static and adhesive tape. This tape is the same as used on the majority of remanufactured inkjet cartridges imported from overseas. (same tape as found on our reman cartridges). New Release: Unitabs for printhead sealing Tapes Add a professional remove seal tab to your finished cartridges. Attach to your printhead sealing tape so your customer can easily see and remove the tape from the cartridge. New Release: Remanufactured HP60XL BK and HP60XL Color cartridges available now The XL(Extra Large) versions of the HP60 cartridges are now in stock. These cartridges will work in the D2560 and F4280 printer models. These cartridges resemble the 90 series cartridges but feature a new printhead design from HP. New Release: Canon PGI-35, CLI-36 Compatibles available now These are new (non Procolor) compatibles with a new chip and are designed for use in the Canon ip100 portable printer.
